I needed to lose weight for a health issue and now that I’ve achieved it, I’m absolutely determined to keep it off! Lovely clothes look fantastic to wear again and all the big clothes that I’ve had to wear for years have all gone to charity now. Great to climb stairs without the effort of doing so, given all the weight I was previously carrying! Finally, my confidence which was nil before, is now back again. I couldn’t be more pleased, so a big thank you to all the team at Waistaway for getting me back on track with my life again X
