"Very useful snoring / sleep apnoea screening"

I had the snoring / sleep apnoea screening service, as advertised on snorer.com. There was a bit of an IT glitch hence 4 starts not 5 but otherwise it was a very good service - efficient meeting, Gareth was very friendly but also went through the screening very effectively and asked extra questions to try and get more info and conclusions than you would get simply from using the basic tool. I then got a clear written report and recommendations for next steps, including contact details for the appropriate services. Would happily recommend to others with a similar problem.

Although my delivery arrived short. When I emailed about it - on a Sunday night - I got an email within a couple of hours apologising and ensuring that the missing delivery would be sent the next day. I received it Tuesday morning. Mistakes happen but how you deal with it makes all the difference, and I can’t fault how quickly they sorted it. Will definitely use again
