Zaterdag keurig geleverd bij het hotel.

Bloemen zagen er exact uit als op de foto. Onze Nederlandse tekst was keurig handgeschreven op een kaartje.👌.

Aggiornamento: i fiori sono stati consegnati alle 21 invece che al mattino come concordato ma almeno sono arrivati. Perso effetto sorpresa e molto deluso dal servizio ma mi sembrava giusto rivedere almeno in parte il giudizio iniziale.

Be careful when you place order on busy say such as Valentine’s. They keep taking orders even knowing they are not able to deliver! And not delayed one or two days! They delivered on third! You can imagine how “fresh” flowers are after 3 days in DHL truck…
At least be honest, stop orders - don’t overpromise!! Just having big eyes to make money and rip of people.

Once you reach out to them, they immediately blame DHL and redirect you to their T&C and stop replying..
