I had a terrible experience with Internet Florist. I paid extra for Saturday delivery for my mother-in-law’s 70th birthday cake. She stayed home all day waiting, but the delivery never came. Despite trying to contact customer service throughout the weekend, I received no response.
On Monday, the cake finally arrived, and the company falsely claimed there was a delivery attempt on Saturday. Security camera footage proves no such attempt was made. When I requested the shipment or delivery number to verify their claim, they refused to provide it—further confirming their dishonesty.
Adding insult to injury, they refused to refund me for a service they clearly failed to deliver on time. Their website also lacks basic product details like size and ingredients, which seems unprofessional and potentially violates EU consumer laws.
This company’s dishonesty, poor communication, and lack of accountability ruined a special occasion and caused unnecessary stress. Avoid Internet Florist at all costs if you value reliability, transparency, and integrity.

Ordered for what was apparently same day delivery. Ur came 2 days late then eventually got through to Somone that said it will be delivered on the 6th but then was delivered on the 5th, so wasn't delivered when it said it was, do not overly happy with the service
