Extremely unethical business. DO NOT use this service. I completed a delivery order with clear and specific address information for a birthday delivery. Vendor accepted the order but hours later demanded more than double additional delivery charge. Obviously there was no time to find another solution and the used this and held my order hostage until I paid.
