disappointing experience. the agent responded to my inquiries with generic answers, showing no effort to truly understand or resolve my issues. It felt like he weren’t even trying to find solutions.
The only thing they seemed efficient at was sending the invoice and payment link promptly. Matter of fact I have only paid half of the invoice as they gave me 30 minutes consultation instead of the 60 minutes initially offered. I would not recommend their services based on my experience.
