"Dishonest or Incompetent "

Came out to service our septic tank. Stated needed a new motor at a cost of 8K (fitted). However, on second opinion, the motor was absolutely fine. It had simply tripped and couldn't restart due to the weight. All that was needed was for the tank to be emptied and the heavy settled waste to be jet washed, which would reduce the load and allow the motor to start. Quite a common issue by all accounts. It cost £800 to put right. Ekoflow are either incompetent or looking to obtain business dishonestly or a mixture of both. Either way we will not be using this company again.

Disappointed that I could not be present! Was told visit would be second in the morning so arrived about 9.30 to find EkoFlow had been and gone!
Is there no paperwork to confirm the emptying of the tank?
