"Good work but very expensive "

The technician arrived early on the specified date, was pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. So far so good. But for the work that was done the cost was very expensive. While I understand that for some systems a lot more would be required, for my WPL Diamond 2to6 person system the service consisted of looking in the tank to check it wasn’t crusty, and avisual inspection of the air pump and cleaning its filter. The output wasn’t checked. This took well under an hour, though there would have been significant travelling time as well, and cost £320.perhaps a different charge rate is needed for these simpler systems
