I used Kayak for researching flights and was redirected to Omega who was the cheapest option.
In many instances, web sites always add extras during booking process (Credit card surcharge, booking fees) but this was not the case and I paid exactly what I was promised.
Filling in the passenger information and CC detail was easy (as you would expect). Completely satisfied customer.

"Don’t bother with upgrades"
Chose upgrade from economy to think it was premium economy which included checked baggage which added approx £65 onto the flight price. However when I went through the booking confirmation it said no baggage. Queried this and received a reply which basically said I’d have to pay extra to the airline for checked baggage. Could have just booked at the original price and done that. Feel Ripped off

I was trying to book a flight from London City Airport to Amsterdam, the price of tickets visible was 129£ but whenni tried to book it, the price increased to 142£. That’s simply making a fool of customers! Highly disastrous!
