Great price, easy transaction. Payment, adding flight information and receipt of booking was quick and easy. I was emailed the PDF documents almost immediately and used the code to log into the airlines app. We're looking forward to flying in 4 months time!

First time booking with Omega. I was searching for flights via Kayak and found their offer. Quick link between kayak and omega, no further searches to be done, just need the name of passengers and payment methods. There was an option to purchase car parking, hotels and car hire which were on one page so not clicking through 3+ pages to finalise the booking which is great.

Great and easy to book. Very cheap!!!! Glad it’s affordable for anyone to fly across the Atlantic. Only issue is theirs no info about hand luggage and I’ve read that if you put the wrong information on your booking such as the name of the people flying then you can’t change it which is really not very good. Sometimes computers freeze during bookings or people have to book in a rush or life happens and if minor mistakes are made it should be able to be changed.

Easy booking process. Checked with Singapore Airlines and everything just went straight through and flights are confirmed with them.

"Appaling"

I have booked a flight with omega, which was of reasonable price.

I got confirmation of the booking and a airline reference, I just tried to login into the airline website and all I got was "There is no flight on this booking, please contact your travel agent". I tried calling omega alot of times and the number does not go through.

Omega has beached the contract I had with them, by not providing the goods I had bought, they have not issued me a refund and I failed to even notify me of this cancellation.

I am appalled by this conduct and I hold omega solely responsible for this. Imagine if this would've happened the other way round, if I would've wanted to cancel this flight I would get no refund and probably pay a cancellation fee on top, now they cancel on me and leave me hanging.

Apologies and sorry will not be good enough.

I expect omega to honour their part of the contract and book this flight at the price agreed, plus compensate this aggravation.

Mon prénom est devenu Aurlien au lieu d’Aurélien lors de l'édition du billet. Malgré plusieurs avertissements, ils m’ont baladé entre leur agence et la compagnie aérienne sans que le billet soit modifié. J’ai dû payer 80€ de surfacturation. Pire : on m’a accusé d’être incompétent et négligent ! À BANNIR !!!

It has been a week since I left my review I have still had no contact from Omega to tell me that the tickets have been canceled.
They have not refunded my money either nor have they passed on the voucher they were supposed to have got for me from the airline!!!
Absolutely rediculous a bunch of thieving scum.
The only contact they have made with me is theough my previous review blaiming the airline and asking me to change the my previous bad review
I hold omega responsible no one else as they are the ones who have effectively stolen my money
Dont use them they are untrustworthy
I wouldnt even touch them with a barge pole in the future!!!!
