Get fitters to clear all mess out of room once finished, get them to show more consideration for personal belongings, when complaint is made not taking up to 4 weeks to get an engineer out to deal with problem and also give a firm time for appointment and it be stuck to I stead if vague timmings

yet again another more experienced engineer to attend. which will not make any difference to comfort. I think they playing for time as its now coming up to 6 months. Worst company I've ever dealt with

Initial advisor was punctual and gave good advice. He was very polite and respectful he was not “ pushy” in any way and did not outstay his welcome.
My bed arrived a little before his estimated date , and was on time
The delivery team were equally professional in assembling the bed and removing my old bed, which was collected the following day. Good job all round

Very friendly salesman and was very helpful in helping me with the process of purchasing the bed. The delivery men were also very efficient and removed my old bed outside. My only regret was l couldn’t purchase a double bed, only the single bed was on offer at 50 per cent off. Very comfortable bed so far
