Punctual arrival, very pleasant workmen and they did a very thorough job explaining how to operate the controls. They removed the old bed very carefully and were most considerate in their behaviour.

Abandon all hope ye you buy from this Company, stay clear, base very good ID mattress useless, replacement mattress so hard it's impossible to sleep on, take my advice to stay well clear, don't be fooled by reviews I am susceptible posted by who knows who.

I bought a chair for my mum who was struggling to get in and out of her old one. The guys have been nothing but helpful from start to finish (especially whoever looks after their Facebook page as they responded really quickly and helped with some of our queries at the start). My Mum is delighted and I no longer have to worry about her being stuck in her chair and she feels like she's got some independence back. Very Happy!

"Please avoid at all costs"
Please avoid at all costs. The rep came to measure a rise and recline for my elderly 6ft 3 Dad. The chair came, it was too narrow, not enough knee to bum depth. 3 calls, 2 emails I heard nothing my Dad's care home Manager managed to get them eventually. The rep was meant to come back out but didn't until I cancelled the Direct Debit. They agreed to build him a new chair, what did they send but exactly the same depth chair, EXACTLY the same. Even the delivery guys just couldn't believe it and took photos. This company should not be allowed to deal with the elderly at all. They are the most incompetent company I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. You should be totally ashamed of yourselves.

"Disappointing experience with adjustamatic"
I really need a new bed.
Asked for brochure about 3 months ago, on at least 3 different occasions.
I kind of know which bed I want.
Still waiting for the brochure, but got numerous phone calls. Including whilst at a funeral. Despite telling the caller this, she insisted on trying to pin me down for a home visit, which I don't need.
Eventually the calls became too much and I asked them to remove my number from their system.
All I wanted was a brochure and a quote for the bed I was interested in.
Instead I got harassed.
Their team are clearly working on commission, otherwise no need for these aggressive sales techniques.
Really disappointed but judging by some reviews, I probably saved myself a host of problems with them!

I have been a customer of Adjustmantoc for years now, and I have never slept better. Their beds are so comfortable, not the cheapest but worth every penny!

"Would not recommend"
Please don’t buy the Sleep ID mattress. It’s not comfortable at all. We gave it a couple of months to try and get used to it but we never did, it feels like a cheap blow up mattress. The right side mattress also slipped off the bed constantly so in the end my partner slept in the spare room for comfort. It took 5 phone calls just to confirm an engineer would come out. I wanted to replace my mattresses but because of the time frame I would have to pay but was told it would only be £100 or so for a replacement. 3 phone calls later I finally got a quote of £863 per mattress!! So I ordered some from elsewhere. I requested that the mattresses to be dismantled and removed, the frame looked at as it’s slipping off the bed and the light underneath to be put back on both sides.
When the engineer turned up the only job he had been given was to dismantle the mattresses . If he’d have known about the bed slipping off he could brought brackets with him to place on the sides to prevent this and in his words ‘would take 90 seconds’ so I now have to make another call to get that sorted. Now, the kicker is, if he was to remove the mattresses off the bed for me I would have to be charged £150!! Why, in all 5 phone calls did nobody say this to me??? After all this waiting and new mattresses ready and waiting I now have to lift these off the bed myself. I’m partially disabled hence spending £6500 with this company. I very much feel like as soon as they had my money they were not interested. I would never recommend them to a friend, it’s all been quite upsetting to be honest.

"STAY CLEAR OF THEM"
I called this company about 5weeks ago asked them for a quote for a recliner chair and a recliner bed
They arranged a no obligation home demonstration
Which I agreed to add was looking forward to it as my health has gotten extremely bad
Then the week before I was taken into hospital and have been here ever since so around 4weeks
I called them to cancel my appointment and explained I was in hospital and could I rearrange the appointment when I got home they said they'd give me a call at the end of the following week so I just agreed
They have called EVERY SINGLE DAY even though I told them I'm still in hospital
Then last week they called again
I'm really I'll so got annoyed and said how many times do I need to tell use I'm in hospital and will rearrange when home
The woman then had the nerve so say WELL WHY ARE YOU IN THE HOSPITAL WHATS WRONG WITH YOU I MEAN YOUVE BEEN IN FOR WEEKS
told her it was none of her business and hung up
I've since blocked there number but can see there still phoning every day twice a day
Talk about harassment
