I'm not sure my recent experience with your company was "great" but I've been a customer for many years and I like your beds. You did listen to my requests and in the end I got the recent purchase and I'm very happy with that. I was a little put off by a remark by one of the chaps who installed my new Heritage bed when he asked me why I didn't just have a Heritage mattress on an Elite bed? The only reply I could honestly give him was it had never been suggested that I do that. Since then, of course, one wonders should that have been the way I should have gone, as, no doubt, it would have been cheaper.

"WHERE'S MY CHAIR?"
I am totally disappointed and disgruntled with Adjustamatic. I am a 77 year old pensioner just living off her pension. My second riser chair from CareCo died a death with all electrics gone and stuck with the footrest raised. I investigated and read Adjustamatic's 'mission statement and decided to have someone go through everything. It was originally intended to be on 17th November but the meeting eventually took place on 24th November. I needed a new chair to be delivered before Christmas and I needed to take advantage of the interest free funding. The salesman, David, took his time. The funding was agreed and (to make sure I was who I said I was) the Company transferred 1p into my bank account. So far, so good but as the delivery could not be guaranteed David thought laterally and found the chair (wallhugger) in the colour I wanted in their Welsh salesroom. An agreement was made to sell it to me (at a reduced price). I was told it could be delivered within a fortnight - Wales to the East Midlands. So I 'bought the chair, signing all the paperwork and agreements on November 24th - Order No 644860! Since then it has been a nightmare. Adjustamatic has THE WORST administrative team ever. The Company had introduced a new computer programme which clearly doesn't work. I cannot tell you how many times David has tried to put through my order. One would have thought that this would be a simple matter - but NO! His screen keeps crashing everytime. The Company seems to need verification that I am who I say I am, despite them putting in the 1p into my bank account on 24th November. I cannot tell you how many times I have had to give them my bank account number and sort code. I should think by now that the whole of bl--dy Wales knows it. Still no resolution and dwindling hopes of a new chair before Christmas. So here I am totally stuck. Order agreed and finance agreed. Whomever the Chief Executive of Adjustamatic is her/she should be ashamed of themselves and, perhaps, employ people who can actually programme their computers efficiently without causing all these dreadful problems! Perhaps they would like to contact me and explain their inefficiencies!

"Adjustamatic Mattress SleepID…"
We purchased 2 "top of the range" SleepID matresses at a cost of £2118 which were delivered June 2020. We thought at that price we were buying quality and they would last several years. They sagged within weeks of purchase and are getting progressively worse. They now look so unsightly and are uncomfortable so that we are going to have to replace them. We are very disappointed to have wasted such a large sum of money.
As requested I have phoned their helpline only to get an answer machine and I left my details, I have since received an email again asking for my details to which I responded, to date there has been no reply from them!! It is now 13th December and we have had no further communication from them. It seems their advice to contact customer service is just window dressing for anyone reading these reviews!!

Helpfulness of the delivery men, who although the chair was the wrong colour were polite, tried to sort the situation and left the new chair until we got the new one. Thank you
