"Disappointing after service"
Disappointing after service, paid £1,600 for a chair of which the majority of the springs have come away, no idea when this happened during the last 4 years, but only weighing half of the maximum weight allowance am upset that the company will not send me a new seat, but want me to pay just under £400 for an engineer to come out and replace it, and to top it all they are putting the blame on me for not taking out additional insurance. What a cheek.

From the very first contact, to the demonstration, to the fact that Adjustamatic accommodated our ever changing delivery date, to the quickness of the fitting to the actual usage of the bed which my mum is 100 % happy with she says “it’s so comfortable it’s hard for me to want to get out of it”😂😂😂brilliant bed, brilliant customer service definitely worth it💯💯💯

I phoned customer care on Monday 27th march informing them that my wife’s bed was failing to lower fully at feet end, they said they would arrange for an engineer to visit.I phoned again today 3rd April and they said they were hoping to get an engineer to me next week. Which as I explained my wife is disabled following a stroke I
Struggle to get her in and out of bed it’s dangerous and she is hardly sleeping as she cannot get comfortable with her feet up in the air. I think the response is totally unacceptable

From seeing the agent to buying the bed was so easy,would use them again,was keep in touch phone call to say my bed is now being made,will be with you in a few days excellent service, the guys who brought the bed was so friendly great laugh as well tidy up after themselves
