Great service from start to finish. From Tony the rep right through to the delivery guys. And everyone was so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend. My bed is so comfy and has easy to use controls.

"Misguided by sales man"

We were told originally to turn our mattress over.also top to toe, We are now told we should not have turned it over and would cost a lot of money to replace it. No way. Should never have bought it. No help forwarded from your company

"Delivery was very good"

Delivery was very good, but I’m having problems with the chair not always fully reclining and sometimes putting it back to seating position it jumps as if it’s going over a step, plus my feet don’t touch the ground when I’m sitting, considering that I was measured, not value for money.

I over the last 3=4 years had 2 items a Chair then just recently a Bed! On both, especially the Bed as chair didn’t really take much installation but 2 guys who delivered, installed & later showed me how the Bef works! Even the Rep who came out to show me wide choice !

The Rise and Recliner is better than described. The material is comfortable and firm enough so my cats don't damage it.

Was persuaded to buy the Adjustamatic bed. I was hoping for a follow up visit to stress the various ways of use. Upon delivery I was not given sufficient information for use of controls. At the moment disappointment.
