Totally overcharge you, then promise if you send your pictures into them and they use them that they will give you a £200 voucher, they then refuse to fullfill the voucher, they use your pictures for free advertising.
Book directly with the venue then you wont be ripped off or overcharged. It is totally to do with the booking.
You overcharged me, the venue directly told me that you did and also your refusing to fullfil your obligation that has arose from the original booking.
The vouchers you sent me are for free entry.
All the venues you have offer free entry already so the vouchers actually total £0.00, nothing, zilch, nada.

Great customer service no pressure to book there and then with friendly staff who patiently went through all the options for me. I was able to call back the following day to book and confirm numbers and can add the additional players easily when they confirm they are coming for my son's birthday.

John was very polite and friendly. He helped all the way booking, a birthday party for our 10 year old. He didn’t rush anything and went over anything we were not sure about. The only thing we couldn’t find out about was the facilities at the venue, for having a cake or food.
