Excellent customer service, Chris was very thorough & polite. just got to wait for the big day but from what we have saw it looks excellent! My son & friends can’t wait!!
Not all information was given at time of booking, which I’m now disappointed with (found out after I had wrote my original review) now dreading the cost that will be added on while there as Iv already paid more than enough.

I booked for a group of friends to go paint balling in Newquay, my initial call was great and helpful.

When I called back to book officially and pay, the process started going down hill from here.

When I checked my email for the location details I noticed it was a different site to the Mount Joy site I’d originally been recommended.

I called to speak with the agent who advised the original location that was suggested to me “may of been fully booked” so without asking if an alternative site was ok they just booked me into a site 40+ minutes away from where we are staying, not ideal.

I then asked if there was anything closer to which I was told, we will check and they never got back to me. I called them again today and was told I’d be called back within an hour once they have looked into it. With 5 minutes to go I’m not holding my breath.
