Wasnt sure which frame I wanted to build, nor the components for the build, given solid advice and promise of after sales backup service convinced me, as well as all the reviews on Facebook etc. Spent a fortune and the wife is gonna kill me but happy with the service and products I bought. "Arrogant customer service, not interested in resolving issues"
I placed two orders with Quadcopters and spent quite a bit of money with them. It all went well until I found that one of the items (a dual charger) had one port that wasn't working, so I was only able to use the second port to charge my batteries. Despite using the same set-up and settings as on the second port, trying with several different batteries and spending nearly an hour trying different things, I couldn't get it to work.
From the first interaction with Quadcopters' support I could tell that they customer service wasn't great. The first email just seemed to be typed in a rush without reading my email properly and trying to shift the blame away from themselves. At the very least I would have expected them to show a bit of empathy when somebody comes to them with an issue they're having with one of their products. They told me the issue was with the batteries (which I also bought from them), even though I told them in my email that I was able to charge the batteries on the second port. They also told me that it's normal that this model has a sensitive connection and that I needed to plug it out and in again.
I sent the charger back eventually asking for a replacement as there was clearly something wrong with it. At this point they refused to acknowledge that there is an issue and blamed it on user error. Their tone then became more and more arrogant and basically said things to the effect that they have years of experience and I didn't know what I'm doing. They then also started to refer me to their T&C's, workshop charge which they could charge me if they wanted to and consumer regulations and proceeded to tell me that they will now send me the charger back and closed my support ticket, when clearly the issue was not closed. All these things showed that they clearly don't care about providing good customer service.
I eventually managed to get a refund for the charger, after having to send back the original packaging as they wanted to sell it on. So I guess somebody is going to get the same broken charger.
I have since bought the same charger again from a more reputable seller and have been using it (in exactly the same way as the first one) for several weeks without any issues.
You might be lucky if all goes well but if you have any issues, they care more about being right than resolving issues for their customers. Even if they were right and I had made a mistake, the arrogance and the behavior they showed me is no way to treat a customer!

Not impressed. The amount of money I have spent with them and they didn't bother responding to emails. If you get a dud board then you are on your own. Pot luck.

I just bought a few £100's quid worth of stuff and it was just an easy day of browsing the items and ordering.
One nit pick was an item I did order was 'in stock' but then I noticed it was out of stock. I bought it just before the website stock was updated I guess. I rang them and spoke to a lovely Lady (whose name escapes me) and she knew what I was talking about straight away and we resolved it there and then. I would have preferred they contact me about it but hey ho ;-)
I love the way I get full tracking details, always sent on the day of ordering (long as it's before 3 p.m. I think) And the best bit, these guys stock my Fav Tattu batteries!!!
Ordered a fair bit over the years, never had a problem.
I see some (a lot of the) reviews are pretty bad and obviously we don't all get the same experience. If I ever get a bad one, I'll be here to tell folks about it, just like when I get a good experience!

"Good and genuine shop"
Good and genuine shop. Ordered some Tattu 4s batteries, sent with DPD. Dispatched next day, arrived the day after. All fine, can definitely recommend based on my experience so far.
For some reason the order did not show up in the order list immediately after the purchase. However, I received the order confirmation email, so no problem.

"Took 3 months to get my money back."
Long story short, they supplied a faulty DJI Ronin, refused to admit there was a fault, even with video evidence. Tried to charge us a 15% restocking, went to the Barclays to dispute it, they we uncooperative and the whole process took around 3 months to get a full refund. Only purchase if paying by PayPal or on a credit card.

I have ordered from Quadcopters.co.uk numerous times and they have always been spot on. I don't think I have ever ordered an item and it not be dispatched on the same day which is a big plus to me because I often break something and want to get it back in the air asap.
I have only contacted customer services once and I got a long email of detailed advice on how to troubleshoot my problem and even after I confirmed it wasn't a problem with any item I bought from Quadcopters I still had follow up emails with further ideas. I can't fault that at all it was more than i expected.
I highly recommend them and so do many other people I fly with. They are my top choice seller and I only shop elsewhere if they don't have something specific in stock.
I would wager some of these other reviewers made a mistake and tried to blame the products because I can't relate to anything they have said.
