Discusting service and attitudes,rude over priced criminals if you ask me! The second they have your money you no longer exist to them no matter what problems you have with your product. The worst company I have ever dealt with hands down and the sooner they go out of business the better our hobby will be!

as per on there face book page shoped around to source a safe uk outlet placed order wich arrived on time (phantom 3) issues with firmare called
1st told me to buisy
2nd told to download manual( as if this wasnt allready done) wouldnt even listen to my concerns so as of this time sat in box not prepared to even attempt to send it up .

im not a novice pilot but i am very concerned about the saftey aspect
still awaiting some kind of responce from QC makes me wonder do they know the meaning of the word CUSTOMER

I strongly recommend you go elsewhere. Please also be aware, they are including their delivery charges in their VAT calculations. Also please see the response I just got from them when I tried to return a charger under my 14 day right to return for online purchases. I'm a beginner and I fully admit I completely dropped a clanger when ordering. As a beginner I want to deal with a company who will support me when I make an fool of myself. This is the response I got.

For the record and without prejudice.
It is my personal opinion that you are not only being unreasonable in this matter but also taking advantage of current legislation for your own benefit and save costs incurred because of your own mistake.
If you had come into our store, you would NOT have been able to open the box, because we would have explained the reason why the charger was not suitable. How anyone could mistake the suitability of a charger, that is in a bespoke category for a completely different machine, for something that will charge batteries for a Nighthawk product is beyond comprehension, you had no idea of the correct connectors, the balancing, the correct voltage, or the correct procedure for charging LiPo batteries for use with your purchase, the incompatibilities are in abundance, again highlighting your mistakes and subsequently ordering the wrong product.
Now that the packaging has been opened, diminishing the resale value, it cannot be sold as new, given the seals are broken on the packaging thus removing the guarantee to a potential customer the item has not been previously tampered with. All this is through no fault of Quadcopters but yet the financial burden is with us, furthermore even more costs for testing the charger to make sure it is in working order upon its return after it being in your possession for almost two weeks.
Please send the item in question back, it will be tested and providing it is in good working order and has never been used, a full refund for the individual item will be issued including a percentage of the postage. You must quote this ticket number on any and all parcels shipped to Quadcopters.

"Appalling customer service"
Bought a video transmitter, received after a couple of days, with no instructions for use.. Contacted seller for advice, got a one line answer which led to the kit blowing itself!
Asked for a repair replacement, was told basically not to play with the big boys and to " take it on the chin!"
Thank goodness I paid with PayPal as the seller refused to sort out the situation.
If you're buying kit, then look to 'first person view' instead...avoid this unprofessional bunch altogether.
