"After years of research "

After years of research and reading various reviews, along with a recommendation from a couple of friends, I finally mustered the courage to get dental implants. To start, I visited a UK dentist to get an idea of a treatment plan and understand what to expect. However, I ultimately decided to travel to Turkey for the procedure, as cost played a significant role in my decision.

I know there’s a lot of information online and in the news, but I believe it’s important to make your own decision. I was nervous about going to the dentist here in the UK, let alone abroad, but I was determined. After contacting two dental clinics in Turkey for comparisons, Smile Dental Turkey stood out. They were quick to respond to all my (many!) questions, which gave me the confidence to move forward.

With flights and hotel booked, I was on my way. Upon arrival, I was collected at the airport and taken straight to the hotel. That evening, I received a warm welcome message and confirmation of my appointment time for the following day, along with the private transfer arrangements.

Monday morning came, and my heart was pounding as the transfer took me to the clinic. The building was impressive—a large, modern facility. I was greeted by staff (whose names I regretfully can’t recall—sorry!) and then met by Denis, who explained the process. The clinic itself was like a 5-star hotel—modern, sparkling clean, and welcoming.

The first step was an X-ray, after which I was escorted upstairs to a private lounge complete with a TV, drinks, and snacks. The main reception area also offered coffee, tea, and refreshments. After a short wait, I had before-and-after photos taken, which was handled professionally.

Next, I met with the dental surgeon for a thorough and gentle assessment. My treatment plan was discussed, and the cost was confirmed. There was no pressure to proceed immediately, and I was given the option to take time to think it over. However, I already knew what I wanted, so we agreed to start treatment the following day. I returned to the hotel for the rest of the day and received a text that evening confirming my appointment and transfer time for the next morning.

Tuesday arrived, and I was collected on time for my appointment. Upon arrival, I was taken to my private room, where the team kept me informed about the procedures, putting me at ease. I had six implants placed, along with two sinus lifts and two bone grafts. While I won’t say I felt nothing, there was no pain—just some discomfort from the injections. The process was far smoother than I anticipated.

After the surgery, I was able to relax in the private lounge before being taken back to the hotel when I felt ready. The next day, I returned for a follow-up to check the implants and stitches, which were healing well. Although I experienced some swelling and bruising, it was entirely expected.

Now, I have to wait around six months for everything to heal, and I’m excited for the final results. Having worn a denture for 42 years, I can’t wait to see the transformation and enjoy the benefits of the implants.

Overall, the experience was amazing, straightforward, and highly professional. I would wholeheartedly recommend Smile Dental Turkey to anyone considering dental treatment abroad.

"Excellent from start to finish"

As a lone woman travelling I was nervous about going on my own. Turned out - never needed to be at all. Staff all very welcoming. Shuttle drivers excellent, from airport pickup to hotel drop off, and appointments collections in between. Consultation fab. Communication regarding appointments and pickup times via WhatsApp all excellent. Treatments second to none. Clinic immaculate. Dentists really lovely people along with their support staff. Should I need more work doing in the future I shall be returning. And the last thing - totally affordable for exactly the same treatments as in UK including the exact same brands, used in over 180 countries worldwide. Can't recommend them highly enough. 5*

Definitely recommend this clinic, they are very customer oriented. Wecoming staff makes you feel very comfortable. Shuttle service drivers were very professional. High tech equipment for exarays. Consultation explains what work you may need, never pushy, gives you choses. Dentist very professional using modern equipment. We had a excellent experience, and will come back when we need dental work.

I was quite nervous about my treatment but the staff there are so warm and friendly and put me at ease straight away.
The clinic is lovely and looks more like a 5star hotel when you walk in. The service is second to none, I am so pleased with how my treatment went and would definitely recommend.

"Very professional customer care and brilliant dentistry result "

The service from the dental centre was amazing from start to finish. My initial enquiry was responded to very thoroughly before I booked.
The centre arranged by hotel, pick ups from the airport and to and from my appointments which made me very comfortable as I was travelling alone.
I was looked after very well and informed along all steps of the process.
I was initially nervous about the outcome of how my teeth would look on having crowns in Turkey but I relayed my requests to my patient coordinator and my results were natural looking teeth with minor adjustments to the position my real teeth which was exactly what I asked for and I could not be any happier with them.
The removal of teeth was also done by a skilled dentist and was pain free and I have had no issues at all.
Everyone who I have shown is very impressed with the outcome and I would highly recommend this dental centre if you are considering Antalya dentists.

I had an exceptional experience at Smile Dental Turkey dental clinic during the first of my two visits. The hotel - clinic transfer service was incredibly convenient and always punctual, making the entire process smooth from the start. I had tooth implants placed in my upper jaw, and the procedure was handled with great care and precision. The staff were consistently professional, polite, and attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout. The clinic itself is spacious, modern, and well-equipped. I’m looking forward to my next visit and highly recommend this clinic for top-quality dental care!

"I had my 22 crowns May 2022"

I had my 22 crowns May 2022. I said when they were fitted 2 teeth felt weird , too shott up to my gums, sharp. I was told it was my gums and they would move down due to swelling . 3 months after I rang and said I still felt sharp edge with my tongue. I had no response.
Now 2.5 years later I have tooth sensitivity, my 2 no 1 and 2 teeth are too small . 2 of them have fell out at the back of my mouth .
Ive constant tooth sensitivity now. My son, daughter, and 6 friends have had their teeth done at a much better dentist in Antalya and I’ll go back next year to get my teeth put right . AVOID

The communication with Hassan was incredible, he replied to all our questions swiftly. Transfer from airport and to clinic arranged perfectly, driver arrives on time or even before. Clinic are up to date and staff makes you feel welcome. Professional attitude and job they do amazing. They do react to any of your concerns swiftly and provides the best option available to satisfy the client's needs. Makes you feel like part of their family! We were amazed with the final results and did recomend this clinic to our friends without any hesitation.
