I have dealt with this company for several years and have always had a very positive experience.

The products are good quality, particularly thier own brand which come with a complimentary 10 metre sample so can try other colours. (it would be useful to be able to choose a different material sample - PET when ordering PLA)
The only problem I have had with dozens of reels purchased is a recent reel of Filamentum black - variable strength. Now only use it for non critical applications

Without a doubt the best customer service I've gotten in a long time, and it continues to be fantastic. I made a small oversight and ordered some 3mm° with several rolls of 1.75mm. They rang and asked if it was a mistake before shipping.


The prices are among the cheapest (comparably for brand and material) and with dpd next say for free over £xx.

I probably won't use anywhere else for filament.
