International buyers be aware!

I was waiting for my plastics for two months! It didn't even reached my country, DPD took it to some other place and later it was cancelled by some mysterious "customer". I didn't cancelled anything and reported to them. They offered me two options: resend the parcel but I need to pay extra £38.75 or they can refund me. I chose a refund, but they didn't fully refunded me. They took £26.50 for shipping costs, in other words for services not properly provided for me! So beware of these thieves!

PLA premium Sticks well but with a 1kg spool it blocked my nozzle 3 times and I had to swap out the whole hot end. Was not shrink wrapped and the moisture in the filament is very high.

I have better results with a super cheap roll from china.

Filament not vacuum sealed AT ALL (even though it's stated that it is).
Surface finish of printed PLA part is gritty and chalky instead of being smooth.

On top of that, the website simply doesn't approve and show negative reviews on their products. The whole point of a review is to give future buyers a clear and true understanding of what they're buying.

Great selection of 3D printing filament at reasonable prices, and fantastic service. I ordered the wrong thickness filament, dropped them and email, and the next day they just delivered the correct thickness. Outstanding service.
