This wasn't my first order with them, never any issues.

One extra touch I liked was that they sometimes (think it's when you buy multiple items) add in a small sample pack of filament, usually in one of the more unusual colours or flecks.

It isn't enough to print something big but is enough to allow you to try, or for those odd little trinkets.

Consistently fast dispatch - if you order in the morning there's a good chance it'll arrive next day from DPD. Delivery is also free if you buy two reels (so I always do - usually one reel I need, and one to treat myself!).

Very helpful support on the one occasion I had to contact them (just a broken link on their site that was swiftly fixed), and even their own brand of filament has been a good performer for me. They've got a huge range, I don't buy filament from anywhere else now. Nice to support an independent UK business too.

Filaprint are quite a rarity in this modern era. They treat people very well and you can always talk things through with them. I had a problem with a particular filament and asked for their help. They contacted the manufacturer and sent out a replacement filament and arranged for the problem one to be picked up. I can't speak highly enough of them.
