"You would think they would ship out…"

You would think they would ship out your order at latest 1-2 days after placing. Order placed 7am Monday. I kept checking order status. 7pm Wednesday, still hasn't shipped. I definitely won't be receiving the order in time for weekend work.

Called to ask and female rep name starting with Van**** was really cut and dry and just repeated the policy - stating I should of checked it when placing the order. Policy "clearly states 1-3 business days". Was a very unpleasant learning experience and frustrating customer service interaction. Argumentative and unhelpful.

I found that they are a drop shipper.
I found that they mostly ship their items in 3 business days (Orders placed Monday ship Thursday)
If they take 3 days+ to ship, they should be transparent about that.

They are also NOT located in El Monte, CA. They are a drop shipper. They will ship from whatever dealer across the US agrees to their prices. My calculations in getting this item on time to work for the weekend and built in extra time for delays were no where near enough as it looks like I'll be getting the items 10+ days after placing order.


I would never order from here again - I would recommend like acuraoemparts. I thought they would be similar but this experience was so much worse! So much more delays. Total disappointment.

Never ever again.
