We ordered factory floor mats for our Acura RDX which arrived damaged. When we submitted photos of the damaged mats the company replied with an offer for a partial refund if we decided to keep them as is. Later they denied all responsibility and refused to make the situation right even denying the proof that they had already made an offer immediately after I sent them the images requested. We have filed a complaint with the BBB hoping to get resolution.
