"Unwilling to replace defective part"

I ordered a fan blade for my 2005 Acura RL, the part arrived in a timely fashion and was delivered within the timeline specified. This part went well!

After driving less than 50 miles, the fan blade discombobulated. I requested a replacement and was informed that i had to take the vehicle to a Acura Dealership and have them perform a diagnosis.

They would not accept photos of the part. I would have to take time off work, drive at minimum 45 minutes to a dealership, pay for a diagnostic to show that the aluminium center of the fan blade had separated from the plastic blades.

It's unreasonable to expect a customer to be out of pocket for a defective part. The supplier refused to warranty a part with out me having to spend time and money to replace a $69 fan blade.

Customer "Service" was not helpful. I asked for a refund and was refused.

I will not order from this website in the future.

Honestly, its a great place to shop for parts that you really cant find where else, of course theres some discontinued parts n thats a shame but besides that, when you buy what u can get, its always a 10/10, acurawarehouse is honestly one of the sites i can put my full trust on.

I looked for the 2 wiper arm links that are prone to wear out on these cars I was pleased to see they were available and at a " better than everyone else" price! They shipped quickly and I had them in less than a week. I'll definitely check this company first for everything else that I need for my RSX!!
