First time I ordered from Acurapartswarehouse.com, ordered 3 items and only 2 arrived. Also, incredibly slow from order time to delivery time (2 weeks), even after being charged $20 for shipping.

Will not use again, and would avoid.

Ordered a part that was advertised as a set. They have pictures on the website that shows two parts. What I received was missing a part to make it a set. Contacted their parts specialist and they said it should come with two pieces. Contacted their returns department to get resolution then get a reply saying that their parts specialist says that everything is there and it is only one part. After 1.5 months of back and forth emails there is still no resolution. Save yourself the headache and pay more for your part at a local dealer If you want to be able to return parts. Definitely will not be using them anymore.
