"Processing takes forever"

While customer service seems to respond well, the management/order processing team doesn't care. I've placed an order 3 weeks ago and it's still being processed. If you value your time, look elsewhere..

I'd like to clearly state that there weren't any problems with my order placed with Acura Parts Warehouse. I only wanted to get an assurance that the part I bought was a genuine one. The reputation of the vendor would be sufficient for this.
The company posts on its home page that it is BBB accredited business. So I went to the BBB.org site to find the company rating. However, the finding was that the company neither was rated by BBB nor was among "not rated" companies. Meaning that Acura Parts Warehouse has never registered with the BBB.
I called the company and hadn't received any explanation besides that the Acura Parts Warehouse was actually one of the portals of another company, Genuine Parts Giant (there is no any reference to this on the Acura Parts Warehouse website). However this information doesn't help either: the search of Genuine Parts Giant" company on the BBB website returns only "This business profile is being updated". My call to the "Giant" was also fruitless. A manager who took the call hadn't been able to clearly state what proves that a part I bought was genuine.

To make a long story short:
I consider the information about the Acura Parts Warehouse BBB business accreditation is a lie. This undermines the trust and questions whatever the vendor says, even if it is truth.
