I have a 2005 MDX and needed new visors. I put in my vin number and orderd a new drivers visor. I was shipped a tan visor instead of the grey one I wanted. I tried to start a return, asking for store credit as I was going to purchase a grey one instead.
I submitted for an RMA and it was rejected because the item has an electricial part. Yes, the lights on the visor are against their return policy. I asked for a review, sent pictures of the original item, in the original packaging, and was still denied, after 3 months of waiting.
Make sure to call and ask if the part is the correct one for your vin. Make sure to read the return policy so you don't get screwed out of $150 like I did.

Now we are into December and I get this response stating I have to update my review with my order number so APH can look into it, or else this review might be taken down.

"Parts were packed/shipped horribly"
Parts were packed/shipped horribly. I ordered front rotors, pads, and some brake hardware for 2014 Acura TL. Delivery of parts wasn't speedy, but not abnormally long either. But when package arrived, I knew I was going to have issues before I opened it. I could hear things rattling around and you could feel the rotors flopping around. They packed the two heavy rotors and brake pads in a box about 2.5 times bigger than the rotors. When rotors are packed in a box that's over twice as big as the rotors, with no brown packing paper or bubble wrap to keep thing from flopping all around, bad things will happen. During shipping, with all that room in the box, the rotors banged all around smashing open the brake pad box and smashing open the brake grease that comes with the pads. This grease got over everything and all over the brake pad material. Not to mention that the brake shims that were shipped with the brake pads somehow didn't match up with the slots to fit on the brake pads themselves.
I contacted them about how horribly the package was shipping and told them how the grease had contaminated the brake pad material and bent the brake hardware as well. They asked for pictures, which is understandable and I took plenty knowing I would need them. I also took a video of package BEFORE opening because I knew it was not going to be pretty. I sent an email with the google link to the video. They said they don't do third party links, which is understandable. So I just sent a separate email with the zip file of all the pictures I took, about 18 pics in all. They kept saying there weren't getting the pics, but only after a week would go by each time and I would email to inquire about what is taking so long. Then they would inform me they couldn't "see" the pics. I sent the zip file again and same thing. They wouldn't tell me if they weren't getting the file or if images were corrupt or anything. This happened a total of 4 times before I finally just sent the pics separately without zipping them. . Then they came back and said they would reimburse me for the $17 brake hardware. Saying nothing about the grease all over the box and brake pads and nothing about how the shims don't fit the pads.
This is the first (and last) time I order from them. I've placed online orders plenty of times from other Honda websites. Had a few issue along the way that was handled by the vendor very quickly and satisfactory. This was a new experience for me and with plenty of online ordering, I know this is not the norm.
