"I had a problem with my Fridge Freezer"

I had a problem with my Fridge Freezer. The manufacturers were unable to assist and refused to send anyone to service it. Eventually via Checkatrade, I posted the issue and very quickly Fixpertize responded and within 15 minutes an appointment was arranged. The engineer arrived on time and diagnosed the issue very quickly. He explained the problem and how I could avoid it going forward. I am extremely happy with this company and have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone!

A 2 hour arrival time slot was given and this was met. Appreciated that Rado used plastic to cover his footwear before entering my property. Excellent service from start to finish! Maya and Rado were helpful, flexible and able to help us diagnose and fix the issues with our tenant’s hob and washing machine (including fitting a new hob when the old one was unsalvageable!) quickly and efficiently. The advice was honest and the service reliable and reasonably priced. Highly recommended and we will be back with any further issues (though hopefully not too soon!)
