"Quartz worktop transformation "

We were given a date for a template measurement and the guys measuring gave me a courtesy call letting me know what time they would be arriving. They turned up prompt and were very thorough and detailed asking all the right questions and putting us at ease. They assured me that they would be the same team (Danny & Connor) who would be fitting the worktops.
One week later the worktops were ready to fit and once again the team arrived having given us a courtesy call of their time of arrival. I can’t say enough about the skill and quality of the fitting, it has transformed our kitchen. All credit to Danny and Connors attention to detail and expertise working with quartz. Absolutely outstanding job !!!

Danny and Conner were great to have onsite. Very friendly, quick workers but not rushed. Laughing and smiling throughout the job and singing along to their favourite music pop group, ABBA, I think Danny is a super fan. The worktops look fantastic and very sturdy. Stone Synergy were the quickest to respond to my request for quote and were efficient with communication throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend.

We opted to have quartz worktops in our new kitchen and obtained a couple of competitive quotes. It wasn’t simply because Stone Synergy were the best price that we chose them but because of their customer service. Our first contact was with Nick who sent out samples by next day post. Nick answered our many questions and there was absolutely no pressure selling involved which we can’t say for their competitor. We took our time and made our choice. We liaised with Sydney who also answered more questions about fitting and arranged convenient times for us. The templater came on the agreed date and kept in contact on the day as to exact timings. He liaised with our kitchen fitter so that everything was right for the fitting day. The fitting went without problem. Levi and Danny did a professional job, liaising with our fitter on site and explained about aftercare and cleaning. They ensured we were happy before leaving. All in all we are very happy customers and really appreciate the service we received.

"Ice White quartz worktop"

Having decided to fit my own kitchen I shopped around for worktop suppliers and from a handful of quotes I selected Stone Synergy.
At our initial visit to the Tick Hill showroom we found the quartz we liked and got a sample from a pleasant young lady who answered all our questions. Later I received a final quote from Steve Dickinson. After paying a deposit a tentative install date was set.
Over the following weeks emails were exchanged and a date set for templating. When the day arrived, enter Danny and Conner. A more amusing and pleasant double act you could not wish for, made my day. There was a ‘hand holding’ exercise where Danny explained the process and gave me some fitting options, after which a plastic template was measured and made.
After final payment, a week later, the Danny and Conner duo arrived to fit the quartz. To the accompaniment of Rod Stewart and ABBA classics, with Danny singing along, the worktops were lugged in and fitted. The performance was flawless - worktops were aligned, set in place, sealed and cleaned and all rubbish removed, a thoroughly professional job that they appeared to take pride in.
All the people I have dealt with - staff at Tick Hill, Steve Dickinson, Sydney Khan, Danny and Conner - have been pleasant, polite, professional and engaging. I would highly recommend Stone Synergy should you want to a new worktop.
