It took a little time to organise the appointment and to get the quote, but from that point the communication was great. Both engineers who visited were knowledgeable, friendly and polite. They discussed different approaches and identified some additional ways to improve the heating system. Recommended.

I sat next to a polkadot plumber on the 7.26 from Crystal Palace to Victoria and listened to his loud phone call, talking about how glad he was Trump had won, how ‘it’ was going to happen here, talking about curbing women’s reproductive rights and killing immigrants. He wasn’t embarrassed or ashamed, he loved that everyone else was forced to listen to him. Don’t know if he’s a good plumber or not but I wouldn’t want someone like that in my house.
