I always enjoy dealing with Landbay for the following reasons:

-Very quick turn around to mortgage offer
-Direct access to underwriters, who actually respond to you
-Knowledgable sales desk
-All staff are friendly and helpful

The only downside is that they use only one panel for valuations and it can be difficult to progress things along post offer. However, if the client is using a good solicitor, this prevents any avoidable delays.
