Not the smoothest of cases that was made even more difficult with very little guidance or support when attempting to submit an application that needed access to at least 2 different platforms. Then to find that the 'offer' clock starts ticking before the offer is actually produced is a joke. Was told in no uncertain terms that this was how things were done and if we didn't like then........ Never going to waste mine or my client's time with this lender ever again!

Its the first time of using Landbay, and after a couple of teething issues you get with using any system, it was great. Being able to drop an email to or call the underwriter directly and have a sensible conversation that delivers a good out come is a rare thing among lenders.
