Landbay has a friendly approach, with an experienced BDM (Ian Hall) who will always check a property and give an honest and accurate answer regarding their appetite to lend before jumping into the application.

A great way to sanity check the deal with a person before everything else being process / automated driven.

The process is generally straight-forward

Their rates are not always that competitive which is a shame as the times I have used them, they have been easy to deal with and quick to deal with my mortgage applications.
BDM support is good and always available to help with my enquiries.
Would like to use them more. Need rates to be more competitive before I can.
