Crap lender, very slow, very painful - stay away at any cost.
I have done remortgage with other lenders several times, never gone through such a painful process.

Even if you are desperate, stay away from landbay.

We found the whole process very stressful as we were asked for information to be supplied constantly, I know ours was a complex application but the information they required dragged on too long and felt never ending... though they did allow an extra month we needed for deeds to be registered. But on the whole sadly I wouldn’t recommend Landbay.

I had to place 3 cases at the same time and was looking for a lender with a competitive rate and no tie in, Landbay sourced the highest and I was not sure of their service levels as I had not used them before.

Their systems were easy to use and I managed to get the all 3 applications submitted within a short time scale.

I found their service from thereon to be excellent !!! I was taken through the whole process for all 3 cases by an allocated underwriter (Hans Sargent), he was absolutely fantastic from start to finish with any queries and helping the cases getting to completion by communicating with me whenever required.

I would definitely use Landbay again and highly recommend them from the experience I have had in using them,
