"All our technical problems sorted"
For many months we were having a nightmare with our computer, laptop and printer. Their performance was erratic to say the least. James came initially to assess the problem. He quickly identified that the modem was outdated and organised a new one transferring from BT to EE. Our present computer and printer were not compatible and James sort out a good deal for a new printer. The next stage was to find a new computer compatible with the printer. Again he found a really great deal for us, plus a good deal for Microsoft Office and an excellent two year deal for security software saving us time and money. He has reduced our bill to BT as well. James is very knowledgeable, is a pleasure to deal with and listens to what you need. He is also at the end of a phone should you need him.

Buying and setting up a new laptop can be a daunting prospect, but James of Tech Class gave me the confidence of having a job well done. James sourced me a great deal with the purchase and went to great pains to set up the device to suit my needs exactly ….. and at a reasonable cost. I finished with a laptop I was happy with, that was safe and secure and that had everything on it that I required. Not only that, but James got my old computer going again so that I could use it before purchasing the new one. Since my friend/technical advisor died I have been totally at sea with technology. James came to my rescue after I saw an advert in the Farndon Focus. Poor James! I didn`t even have the techno language to explain the problems. He was very patient and took the time to translate for me whilst he sorted out my mess. I had my most recent home visit from TECH CLASS on Friday 22 July to change my modem to BT Halo 2 and to update various internet devices.
I have been using James McCarter at TECH CLASS for a number of years when I require IT support to ensure that I have confidence in the functioning of my personal internet. I am a very mature man with limited systems knowledge and find James's friendly attitude and patient approach in explaining what actions are required very satisfying.
