"Noch nicht ausgereift"

Habe einen PRO Account. Aber wirklich ein Unterschied zur Premium-Version ist es nicht. Anlass für das Pro-Abo: Ich kann mein Firmenlogo einfügen. Aber das muss ich als Datei per Mail an MyAlbum senden, damit man es innerhalb 48 Std. verarbeitet und mitteilt, dass es in meinem Online-Album verfügbar ist. Meine selbstgestrickte Lösung: Ich packe das Logo mit Photoshop direkt ins Wunschbild und lade es für die Deckseite des Albums hoch.

Außerdem kann man die Größen der Fotoschablonen nicht anpassen oder verschieben. Das geht nur mit Textboxen. Insgesamt sind die Templates zu starr und passen sehr häufig nicht zum Fotoausschnitt.
Die Texte in den Boxen sind auch nicht wirklich flexibel. Es gibt drei Textgrößen: Titel, Untertitel und normaler Text. Keine freie Einstellung der Größe. Fett und Kursiv ist auch nicht immer nutzbar.
Fazit:
Wenn ich nicht kurzfristig auf ein Online-Album angewiesen wäre, würde ich den Anbieter nicht nochmal auswählen.

Don't do the 'free trail'. A trial for what anyway? So I can order an album? Just go on your laptop and make sure you find your profile, account, and find that unsubscribe as soon as you do the free trial, so when it ends you won't get charged. They should add better features for the phone app. They said mine switched back on the day after they had unsubscribed me. It was upsetting not knowing if I was going to keep getting charged. They shouldn't charge people just wanting to order a photo album. The actual album was amazing, but after hours of work and time spent, I deleted it for fear it would look like I was active.

No cumplen con la entrega de los trabajos solicitados, pague el trabajo por adelantado el día 02 de mayo del 2023 y me mencionaron que estaría para el 09 de mayo, acudí el día indicado y nunca me lo entregaron la ultima ves que fui me daban un cuadro como pago ya que no realizan devolución del dinero, no acepte, quedaron que se pondrían en contacto en cuanto estuviera mi trabajo solicitado y estamos a 22 de septiembre del 2023 y no me han llamado, vivo en Xalapa Veracruz, son gastos que hago para ver si ya esta, NUMERO DE REFERENCIA 506716,FOLIO 216126, FECHA DE ENTRGA 09-05-2023, CODIGO DE RECOLECCION 9155391, NUMERO DE TIKE 2147488647 les hice la mención por el face y me bloquearon seguiré en espera por si algún día se ponen en contacto con un servidor. saludos

Ik kreeg te maken met de klantenservice (door een eigen fout) Service mag in dit geval zeker met hoofdletter. Mijn probleem was al binnen 12 uur opgelost. Hier kunnen een hele hoop bedrijven toch wel een voorbeeld aan nemen. Bedankt nogmaals.

Hoe kan ik andere mensen het albumoverzicht laten zien zonder dat zij mijn email en wachtwoord moeten gebruiken ?

I can't log on. After 7 years, all of a sudden they can't 'find' my email address. have written them, they promise to reply within 24 hrs. Still waiting. Tried ringing but no luck.

"Excellent quality of printed albums - sadly no more"

Excellent quality of printed albums, many options on organizing the photos the way you like and fast shipment! I have already made and purchased 3 albums which all turned out to be great!

Update: The 3 latest albums I purchased had visibly lower print quality, even one with high quality pictures from a pro photographer. Customer service was quick with their replies and offered to re-print the albums but it would not make any difference if the quality remained the same. Unfortunately I will not purchase any more albums from them in the future.
