I would not say l had the greatest of service? Maybe it was due to the covid lockdown, communications l found was very limited l felt l was doing my case managers job for her by phoning up for the latest updates on my case and even then information given was very sketchy the reply back was usually waiting on the courts or call back in 4 to 6 weeks. This is my honest opinion from my personal experience l feel online divorce can improve on better communicate service between themselves and their clients.
