"Designed to confuse but not help"

Me and my wife used this service to draft financial order but it was rejected by the court, I do not understand why, we are not lawyers. It was rejected by the court and they asked for a digital copy of the consent form, I sent what I thought is right but I was told it is only the signed pages. The court rejected it and when I email the company they simply say refer to the original email and do not help. I asked them to make the file as I can not technically and they refuse to help. They also won't help me cause I did not pay them, my ex wife did, and she won't respond nor help any longer. I am left without a financial order even though I have contributed and paid and their responses do not help. I have asked for a single file to be provided we the court needs and they keep refusing to help. They take your money and confuse you. I would avoid and use a company designed to help you not confuse you.

Update: while the documents they provided were rejected when posted in, the company refuses to show us how to make a digital version or provide us with one when it was their form which was rejected. Now they are asking for money to resolve their issue. They add stress to this process instead of simply resolving. Me and my ex wife jointly paid for the service and now the company hides behind responses by stating as the money came from my ex wife's account they only can respond to her. They do not wish to help and do not care unless paid more money.
