"Terrible"

Terrible. All seems above board, but beware that 14 day refund clause. I applied for a clean break order with them. It was registered as a joint application because I had none of my ex-wife's details. She did nothing, they did nothing, no help, no advise and then when I asked they wouldn't give me back my money. I mean they literally provided no service, and took all of my money. Use a proper solicitor who will guide you and help you, and probably give you a free consultation first and tell you whether what you're after is worth it or not. This lot will just rob you!!!!!!

"This company is an absolute disgrace"

This company is an absolute disgrace. They take your money and then do absolutely nothing. Then when you try to get a refund because they've done absolutely nothing, they refuse because it's out of the 14 days period.
The fact that a lot of people will turn to them because they don't have a lot of money to lose in the first place hence taking this cheap and nasty option, to find out that they will also screw them over is disgusting!!
Give these cowboys a wide berth!!

"Going the extra mile "

Great customer service . Lauren was great as a case manager and she kept me up to date with developments as they occurred . My case was not straight forward as my ex had changed her name by deed poll and was reluctant to prove this . As it was her that requested the divorce I would have assumed her to have been more cooperative . Anyway as I am only a few days away from my final order I must thank this company for their help .

When I applied for the divorce was in January 24. They were very nice and any email I sent. I had a quick response. The only thing I would say as I been separated for 24 years plus it took a bit long for the divorce, but I’m happy now today was the day I had my degree thank you ever so much and I would recommend them, to anyone I know that divorce

Divorce Online did everything for us and kept us both in the loop at every stage of the process. Their website is easy to navigate, the fees are clear and reasonable. At the beginning of the process I had a call with an advisor who was very helpful and answered all my questions knowledgeably.
There's really no drawback to using this service. If your situation is simple and you are both in agreement, don't waste money on a solicitor.
