I had owned The Summit at Massanutten since 1995, and my family and I had really enjoyed it. But yearly the maintenance fees had continued to go up, and in recent years the property upkeep had really declined.

She did all the excellent work, and took me step-by-step through all the paperwork and closing process, to successfully transfer my timeshare to a new owner.

The process took about four months due to COVID circumstances. My only regret is that I did not connect with the Specialists 10 years earlier.
