"Unacceptable policies"

This has by far been the worst experience of my life! I was approved for a loan on January 8th and told via email I would receive the funds on the next business day. On the 9th no funds had been deposited but I got an email about my repayment schedule! So I called to verify if they had the correct acct number and was told to call my bank because they sent the funds. So I called my bank and was told to call opp loans back to verify the acct and routing number again because they have no record of any funds. I called again and spoke with Rico, who was very helpful and caught the error! They indeed had the wrong account number and would have to wait for the issued funds to be sent back for them to issue the funds again! This process took another day so on the 10th, I got an email saying I opted out of automatic payments so I called to see what was going on and got an agent that told me yes the funds came back and they were issuing out again so I had to sign the contract again and was told funds would be deposited the next day! We went over the account number 3 times to be sure due to the first error! Well the next day no deposit! I call and get Denzel, again very helpful, and said the acct number was correct and the funds should be deposited by 11pm central time, well I’m eastern so I said ok I’ll check in the morning! Now it’s Friday no funds!! I call my bank and they confirm opp loans sent the funds but they were returned because the account number was wrong again!!!! Yep not once but twice this company screwed up! Now I am demanding a manager so I get Evelyn again very polite and understanding but I am told there is nothing she can do until the funds are returned! I explain again this is a unique situation especially with the banks being closed on Monday in observance of Martin Luther king day and it’s imperative to get this done now since it’s Friday and again it was their error! I asked to do a conference call with the bank for verification that they sent the funds back at 730am on Friday to which she said it couldn’t be done! I asked for a manager above her to which I was told I would get the same answer to which I said I would stlll like to try! I was told ok but they would most likely call on Tuesday! This is entirely unacceptable and I still have no funds and am told again by a representative that the funds have not come back yet and now I may just have to wait until Wednesday! Wow just the fact that no one in upper management is unwilling to help yet wants me to send referrals is sad! I hope someone really reads this and can help change this process when errors occur!
