Well, first of all I didn't know you could not change your due date until after your loan was approved. Ok that being said on the application the question should read "what day do you get paid" NOT when was the last time you got paid because in my situation we got paid before our regular due date due to Winter Break. OK si when I called I told the person on the phone I need to change my due date, that is when I learned the loan had to be approved before you could change it, ok I want to know don't you guys have a way to check to see if my loan was approved. Your employee ttold me check my account and see if the loan had been appoved ( if th funds were in my acount. had to take time out of my day to check to see if the funds were in my bank. Ok once they were there I kid you not I was transfered to collections 5 diffrent times!
