I've used foxy extensions for a long time but the past 2 times they have went ratty straight away unusable and now there so pricey ! Looking else were now I emailed and they said they can last up to 3 months 😐 they didn't even last 2 weeks and they used to last a year !

"Feels like fake hair after first wear!"

I ordered these clip-ins because they were highly recommended by my hair stylist when she had them and on Tiktok. When I fish received them they were so soft and felt great and the color match was perfect but as soon as I wore them one of the wefts tangled so bad I had to throw it out. I didn’t do anything out of the ordinary to make them tangle. When I went to put them in for my second wear, a clip on one of the wefts broke. The Foxy Locks team was super helpful and let me send it in for a repair for free. However, now I am on my 8th wear and the hair feels horrible. I took them into my hair stylist to ask her what she thought and she asked if the hair was synthetic. I told her no, they were foxy locks and she was shocked. I don’t know if the quality of hair has changed in the past few years but with the amount of money you pay for these extensions I am extremely disappointed with the hair. The hair knots like crazy and breaks off so easily whenever I bring a brush to it. I will probably not be purchasing again after this set.

Absolutely SHOCKED at the prices for these clip in extensions skyrocketing while their quality keeps going down!!! Can’t use rewards ontop of current sales going on anymore either to help alleviate the hit of the cost so there’s NO point in using loyalty reward discounts now that the prices are INSANE! These extensions used to last me YEARS and I buy min of 4 sets a year to keep a good rotation of care. Very disappointed in costs/lack of rewards availability and use, and flimsy clips that keep snapping and breaking immediately on first use! Spending now 300 (or more depending) to have clips break immediately and extensions that are matting within weeks. What the heck! This is how you lose all your loyal customers that have been constant return customers for you for years!

The best extensions out there!
I got my first ones in 2016, they lasted 3 years until 2019 (wore them almost every day especially when going out), got new ones and now that my hair colour is lighter 3 years later I got new ones again! All of them are still in good shape especially the ones from 2019 and I would wear them again when my hair is darker again but for now I got the chocolate 18" deluxe, colour match perfect, hair quality amazing as always and I am sure they will last me 3 years again! Worth the price!

"Disappointed"

I’ve been using foxyLocks pretty much since the beginning and I’ve had many set of hair extensions from them and never once had any issues my last set has lasted me over 3/4 years so I decided I needed a new set, so I ordered the vanilla frappe supreme 22 inch set and I can tell the quality is not as good as they was with the previous sets I’ve ordered they was very soft and shiny like my previous extensions however when I brushed them through for the first time they did tangle straight away and shed and there was a very strong plastic smell which I’ve never had happen before which is a shame as I had already opened the box or I would of send them back they was in the sale and I paid £200 for them which to me is a lot of money and sadly I don’t thing I’ll be buying hair extensions from FoxLocks again 😔

Il est peut-être mentionné sur votre site que nous pouvons avoir des frais mais nous ne somme pas censé le deviner! il devrait être mentionné au moment de l’achat !
J’ai payer 280€ pour mes extension + 80€ de frais de douane
Je privilégie toujours la qualité au prix mais le fait que nous ne sommes pas averti lors de la commande nous laisse un goût amère de cette expérience
