I’m honestly really disappointed. An instagram influencer recommended this brand. I have been trying new extensions from different places. I ordered the platinum blonde and they were more of a silver/ purple ash color. I opened the box to put up to my hair to see if the color would match and then was told I couldn’t return them if the extensions were tampered with. You also have to pay fo return which is pointless. Won’t order from here again

The tapes started coming out after 1 wash, by 4 washes I’d lost nearly half.
I’ve worn hair extensions 15 years and had tapes by many different companies, never once had any fall out, I’ve always had to remove them with remover.
Their customer service is just terrible, they don’t care about us spending nearly £350 on hair extensions with them. They would rather do nothing about the issue, asked a million questions to drag it out, then they didn’t help anyway, what’s the point in that, they might as well just not have a customer service.
This company I can see already has so many bad reviews about their customer care, won’t be long until they have run out of customers. Since most people re buy hair extensions over and over again, they will just keep losing what would of been loyal customers

Hello. The hair that I order its beautifull. But the price its too much, because the shipping to the balkan its to expensive. So, I supose that knowing that, the price shoud be lower. And the invoice have to be outside of the packet not inside, because you will have a problem on the border.
