I have to say the hair extensions are always lovely. This time I have to say I am very disappointed with the customer service from Foxy Locks. I had to pay extra money when delivered to my mum’s as it was a gift and no one told me this and even before purchasing it was not mentioned on it. Customer service did not care just continue to say sorry for it. Not nice when you pay more than £10.00 for delivery.

Horrible customer service! My hair extensions arrived damaged, then the weft on one of the clips came undone within just a few uses! A replacement order should have been sent out at the very minimum!

I have been ordering hair for years from this company. I have all the receipts to prove this. I order hair - iced latte 24 or 26 inch every 6 -8 weeks, because it gets really dry and course. I reached out to the customer service team and they are not helpful at all. Once u make a purchase they do not care and will make you send the hair back, do multiple tests on the hair, then assess the hair, then decide whether your hair deserves replacement or compensation. This process would take several weeks to complete. There must be a better way to address issues. I even asked them to give me a call so we could speak about it, rather than discuss over email, they refused a phone call, telling me you can call us, in the UK. I live in the US. You would think after I spend thousands of dollars with a company that the service would be better. Sadly I will not order again, nor do I recommend.

They are nice quality but the only issue is that whilst I was curling my hair the bottom ends were looking ratty and not curling properly and they don’t sit on my hair properly but the colour coco is beautiful
