I am a long term and loyal customer of over 7 years. I had chose dhl express shipping and paid for this. A representative from your company chose default shipping instead even though I paid for express shipping. Because of this I was forced to wait a month to get my extensions and then missed the package as I had to go on holiday ( this is why I chose express in the first place). The only compensation I received was a 15% discount on future items ? That is horrible and new customers receive 10% so I am only being offered 5 percent more than new customers for all the inconvenience I went through and I have been a loyal customer for years ! I am seriously reconsidering purchasing from foxy locks. Th customer service is horrible . I am also the one who noticed the error in shipping , not any employee. I had to advise the employee on their mistake and constantly follow up for updates.

Quick delivery and packaged very nice but the hair feels like plastic barbie hair after about a week. I have followed the care routine for the hair and it just knots up. Wouldn’t purchase again unfortunately.

Words cannot explain the amount of respect i have for this company especially one individual Josie from the instagram chat. i have been using Foxy locks for roughly 5/6 years as i don't trust any other brands. and when i tell you loyalty has been rewarded back to me, it has! not only did Josie speed my delivery for the extensions but she's restored by confidence back in me. As a Transgender woman i feel like my confidence has been given back to me, because i wear my extensions everyday not just to feel glam but to be the woman i am. Major thank you to the team and to JOSIE !!!

I think foxylocks are amazing. I have been using them since she was a small business on her YouTube videos. I ordered on a Sunday with free delivery and they came on Tuesday. Brilliant.

"The hair is not great"

The hair is not great. I paid £180 for ombré hair. The clips and colour are great. I washed once and the hair become knotty. Seeked advice from Foxy Locks customer service which I can’t fault the lady answered my emails instantly. The help made no difference. After wash 4 the hair is now unwearable. Please just buy some from a market place with no brand name and spend 1/3rd off the price. I’m very disappointed after all the research I did. Plus have you noticed that you can’t leave reviews on their website for the hair you bought so no idea how they have some that are all 5 star. Thank you for the reply foxy locks. I’m still having issues with the hair even after using the products advised. I just wondered why I have human hair and I have worn human hair extensions for years with no knotting. Why does foxylocks “human hair” knot so badly!?? I am going to post a video on YouTube showing the extent of this nightmare. I will post the web link shortly. This is solely to help people with selection of extensions.

"Lovely extensions, terrible shipping."

While the extensions are lovely, the shipping is what leaves Foxylocks down. It takes forever to come if you do not choose DHL.

I love in Ireland and it has taken over two weeks to arrive from what they said was Germany. However, I had to pay €65 euro custom fees which makes no sense if they were actually shipped from Germany.

The tracking provided for Deutchepost is absolutely shocking. If I were Foxylocks I would get rid of them to ensure customers have the best experience possible.

The customer service is extremely fast at responding. It is a shame though that all the customer service will do is point the finger in a different direction. They cannot help with much of anything unfortunately. Everything is out of their control. The lady I spoke to was very nice though.

Overall, from the experience I’ve had I love the hair however the logistics are terrible.

If you are thinking of ordering please choose DHL and avoid all the trouble I have had.

The fact you sent a replacement proves the quality of the first set didn't meet your standards, so why didn't you provide me a refund like I had requested?
The second set are the same poor quality, so it's quite obvious that this is just that standard of hair you now provide if you were happy with it after your thoughrough checks.



Pre 2022 foxylocks hair was beautiful, thick, and smooth. What has happened?

Sadly the hair I recieved felt like cheap budget hair extensions, matted within 5 minutes of being in, and looked thin and ratty at the ends.

Foxylocks refused a refund, as the packing was open. How can you truly know the quality of the hair until you see it? Having the single weft in a separate compartment to check before opening isn't a true representation of the actual full set.

Foxylocks deemed the hair I returned as fine so no refund (??), but offered a replacement set, which I appreciated. I hoped I had just got a bad set and held out hope for the new one.

But unfortunately the new set was much the same. Thin at the ends, matts quickly, and I've found numerous thick black plastic hairs throughout the wefts. Do they add synthetic hair to increase the weight?

'Made with' remy hair... what percentage exactly?

The price of this hair for the longevity is shocking. Ensure you have a brush with you as you will need to brush it every 2 minutes, no joke.
