The studio at Brook Place is simply gorgeous. The venue is spotlessly clean, beautifully designed and makes you feel super chilled out as soon as you walk in. The teacher was very welcoming and made the class fun. Love the cold towels and tea at the end of the class. Thank you R1SE!

However I am feeling when I step into R1se, i always leave feeling amazing. You are guaranteed to get a friendly welcome and lovely environment for yoga. if it's freezing outside, the hot classes are the best thing ever. And you really notice a difference in your strength and flexibility after a few classes.

Absolutely love R1SE, so different to all the other yoga classes I've been to. Lovely, friendly environment and so many fantastic classes to choose from depending on what you're feeling. I feel so energised after a session and the cold towels and tea at the end are a lovely addition. The instructors are brilliant, Jen especially, who explains everything really well and makes you feel really welcome :)

"wonderful yoga experience"

I’d initially signed up for the 2 week trial not really expecting too much out of it, but I’d ended up loving it so much that I signed up for a 12 month membership before my intro period even ended. The classes itself are really great and can be challenging even for someone who exercises regularly; but they’re also suitable for any fitness level really as the exercises & poses can be modified so don’t be put off even if you’ve never done yoga before. The variety of classes is good as well so there’s always something for someone, be it a hot power session or a relaxed session to stretch/meditate. I’ve been attending their classes for about a month now and so far it has been a wonderful addition to my gym sessions and I’ve noticed a lot of improvement in many aspects of my fitness such as flexibility, core strength, balance, and stress relief. Everyone at R1SE is so lovely and welcoming so i would definitely recommend it if you’re hesitating about trying this place!

I am addicted to this yoga studio. Such a lovely atmosphere where the teachers and owners are very welcoming and friendly. With the variety of classes and routines in each class available, it is evident the hard work, thoughtfulness and expertise that goes into each yoga class. I highly recommend. Also there are cold flannels and tea after class!

Best thing I've done this year is joining R1SE Urban Yoga! All great teachers, with a varied range of classes, suitable for all levels of experience. Always a warm and friendly welcome. Best of all, I no longer have shoulder pain from too much computer work! I've learnt an ever-increasing range of poses as the flow changes regularly so always fresh & fun. Would really recommend
