I was going to provide 0 rating. I had enough with Fluent. I completed my contract with Fluent last June. Still there charging me. I am calling them every single day. No one picked up. Emailed them no reply. Even I have cancelation email from Backy ( Fluent employee). I am thinking to take action against Fluent.

I had one of my panels malfunction after a tech had recently installed them and JC was totally on top of it handled everything professionally and is getting a a tech out to me ASAP. Also, Aaron in sales and I think the other guy name is Travis they are awesome. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to their products. They are also very professional and I appreciate them. Eduart and Craig the installers here in Las Vegas are awesome also and very professional and they get the job done.

Good luck getting out of your contract. They had me on hold for an hour and a half. once they answered they placed me back on hold to "look up my account." he then tried to talk me into continuing with them (i cancelled due to horrible customer service). when i declined repeatedly for another 20 minutes and insisted he cancel my account, i was informed he didn't have the ability to cancel it by phone. he then told me to e-mail, which i did, a few times. NINETEEN days later they respond demanding my verbal emergency password to verify my identity and STILL HAVE NOT CANCELLED THE SERVICE. fortunately, my boss is an attorney and is now taking over this matter for me.

Our control panel quite working and they said they would have service person come and replace the panel with a new one. Never heard from them so after a month I sent a letter canceling. Went with a different company. Stay away!

We got a new phone and needed help getting everything synced together. Our call was answered by Rod (from the Phillipines). We have had service with Fluent 7 years and have never had anyone has helpful as Rod was. He went above and beyond to make sure that our system was working on our new phone as well as home comuter. Rod was professional, friendly, and polite. He is an EXCELLENT representative of your company and should be congratulated for hiscustomer service.

I cancelled in oct And continued to be charged. I ended the direct withdrawal from my bank. I confirmed I cancelled. They went to a collections and I had to pay or my credit would be affected. I contacted the BBB and still have not resolved this issue.

"Battery Fire Hazard"
I have been receiving battery alrms, so I tried to find information on battery alerts in the 2GIG GC3/GC3E Users Guide. There was a brief mention of low battery alarm alert as one of many different alerts, but no real informatkion of any use. I finally called Fluent Tech Support today and talked with JC. We determined during a lenghty inefficient 20-30 minute process that I had a swollen battery that needed to be replaced. I ordered a replacement battery for $70+ (including 5-10 businss day shipping). Seems like a 9 volt would be a better back up option instead of an expensive custom battery.
I was told a swollen battery should not be reinstalled in the panel due to the possibility of a fire. My real issue is that there should be warnings in the Users Guide re the battery alert and potential for fire if the battery life is over. In our litigious society I can't believe there isn't a warning and explanation of this potential and insgtructions on what to do if you get this alert!!
